Shoonyam – An Ideal state.

   As my journey in personal development continues, I have increasingly found myself fascinated
   by Shoonyam or Zero State.I have realized that as I tend towards a Shoonyam-based
   approach in Life, my happiness and bliss in Life have been increasing.

   For example:

  As I reduce the conscious craving for excess and junk food, my body feels lighter, responds
   faster and wellness has been more consistent over the long term.

   As I reduce my conscious and mostly unnecessary thought process to a minimum, I find myself
   calmer,happier and more keen an observer of the events around me.

   As we the family have been disposing off the largely unused items at home, I find our Home
   more pleasant   and with more positive energy. Also, I find what I want easily.

 So, less is more, huh? Oh yes, some more:

       We have an overdose of media and information nowadays, a lot more than what is required,
       quantity-wise. I have saved so many hours by minimizing my TV time and newspaper time,
        to what is essential.

       The lawn tennis player attempts to return to the Centre-line ( Shoonyam ) to be able in a position
        to reach either the fore-hand or the back-hand based on the opponent’s return volley.

       Every night after we have gone to sleep, the body and mind go into self-healing mode, so that we
        can again be at the starting blocks in Zero-defect state next morning.
